Nicole, our Front Office Chiropractic Assistant, graduated early from school at the top of her class with high honors. Her message to you is,“Welcome to the Vitality Family! We’re glad to have you! We’re dedicated to making your visits here an educational and beneficial experience. Our mission is to help you achieve ultimate health and wellness – and bring a smile to your face.”

Cindy Bachand, our Massage Therapist, graduated with high honors from Maric College San Diego in massage therapy. She picked massage therapy as a career because she wanted to make people feel better mentally and physically. She has also acquired over 100 hours of experience working with a physical therapist. She is skilled in several types of massage including deep tissue, Swedish, Range of Motion (ROM), and Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Stretching (PNF). She also knows various release techniques for psoas, rotator cuff, and gluts. Her message to you is, “Massage can be a medical benefit; it will improve circulation as well as make movement better. In addition, massage can also be a comfort when you are in pain. I look forward to being able to ease some of your pain and be a comfort to you.”
